Krichco has been assisting local families in designing and constructing fabulous homes around the Triangle for over twenty years!
We are an active member of the National Home Builders Association (www.nahb.org) and the Durham/Orange/Chatham County HBA. (www.hbadoc.com)
Krichco has an Unlimited Building License. We can complete Commercial or Residential construction of unlimited price. We carry full Liability coverage and Worker's Compensation insurance. In addition, we take out a Builder's Risk policy for specific projects.
The majority of our clients are referred to us by previous clients and architects. Please give us a call; we have most likely worked with someone you know.
